Adobe Premiere Pro  is a  non-linear (NLE) based video editing program  from  Adobe Systems . It is a software product from  Adobe Creative Suite , but can also be purchased alone. Even if purchased alone, that includes  Adobe Encore  and  Adobe OnLocation . Although the first two versions are only available for  Windows , version CS3 is available for both Windows and  Mac OS X . CS3 is available in English, French, German, Japanese, Italian, and Spanish.

How to Install:

1.        Download Premiere Pro and the patch via the link above

2.        Extract the two files that you downloaded earlier with WinRAR

3.        Turn off the antivirus so that the installation runs smoothly

4.        Open the extracted folder then run Set-up.exe

5.        You will be told to log in with an Adobe account if you have an internet connection

6.        If you are not connected to the internet connection, you can directly install

7.        Wait until the installation is complete

8.        After the installation is complete, if the Trial software option appears, just close it

9.        Open the extracted patch folder, then run Patch.exe

10.     Select Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017, then click Install

11.     Select the location of the amtlib.dll file in the Adobe Photoshop CC 2017 
ex folder :  C: \ Program Files \ Adobe \ Adobe Premiere Pro \ amtlib.dll \

12.     Run Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2017
