A new update for PUBG Mobile will be pushed out to devices soon, updating the game to v0.14.0 . The update just hit the beta version of the game, which we tried out to see what the new features have in store for players. The biggest of which is the new �Infected Mode� where you can play as a zombie in a 15 minute showdown. That apart, there are cosmetic changes in the main interface with things like choosing the map and accessing settings getting a facelift.
Straight off, the first thing you�ll notice when you launch the game is the change in the interface. The game will now give you more flexibility as to what to download. The APK size has been reduced and there�s an optional resource expansion pack which has some rarely used equipment and resources that you can download when you need them. Even the map updates are optional downloads in the new version.
Next, the mode selection where you choose what match you want to play has received a facelift making the whole thing more streamlined. There�s an additional settings menu for the maps where you can choose the language, server and the likes. Your Royale Pass ranking is also made quite prominent in the match selection screen.
